Campus officials, members of the media and the general public will be provided video conferencing access through Zoom for virtual viewing. All campus officials and regular attendees are urged to access the meeting online and not travel to the UA System Administration building. Due to recommended social distancing procedures related to the Covid-19 pandemic, members of the public and the media wishing to observe the proceedings are also urged to view the meeting online.
An executive session is planned when the meeting opens at 11 a.m., with the regular session publicly available through Zoom is expected to begin at noon. Any decision reached by vote in executive session will be publicly announced before regular session begins with a pandemic update from University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) Chancellor Cam Patterson, M.D.
