LITTLE ROCK (Feb. 12, 2019) – Arkansas Gov. Asa Hutchinson has included University of Arkansas System President Donald R. Bobbitt among a group of invited key leaders from Arkansas businesses, research universities, philanthropic organizations and state agencies to form the inaugural Arkansas Innovation Council.
