LITTLE ROCK - Arkansas Gov. Asa Hutchinson today appointed Tommy Boyer, of Fayetteville, to the Board of Trustees of the University of Arkansas. Rich Mountain Community College became the seventh two-year college within the University of Arkansas System when a merger became official Feb. 1.
