LITTLE ROCK (Feb. 4, 2019) – Arkansas Gov. Asa Hutchinson appointed Edward (Ed) Fryar Jr., Ph.D., of Rogers, to the Board of Trustees of the University of Arkansas. His term begins March 1, 2019, and expires March 1, 2029. Dr. Fryar replaces Sen. David Pryor.
