National Academy of Inventors Honors Bobbitt, UA Professor

Bobbitt, president of the University of Arkansas System and member of the faculty of the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry at the University of Arkansas, and Ingrid Fritsch, professor of chemistry and biochemistry at the University of Arkansas, have been named to a prestigious body of fellows of the National Academy of Inventors. LITTLE ROCK – A diverse and accomplished group of faculty from across the University of Arkansas System will meet Dec. 17-18 at the Winthrop Rockefeller Institute on Petit Jean Mountain to begin curriculum development for eVersity, the state’s first 100 percent-online university, and its initial slate of degree offerings.
