LITTLE ROCK – The Board of Trustees of the University of Arkansas will meet Thursday afternoon, January 31, 2013 and Friday, February 1, 2013, in the James H. Hamlen II Boardroom in the Jackson T. Stephens Spine and Neurosciences Institute at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.
