LITTLE ROCK (May 6, 2020) – The Board of Trustees of the University of Arkansas will hold a brief special board meeting via videoconference at 2 p.m. today originating at the UA System – Cammack Campus in Little Rock.
The Board is quickly reconvening today to re-vote on an agenda item that previously passed unanimously at a special meeting held May 4 to clarify the wording of its resolution. The updated resolution does not change the meaning or intent of the restructuring plan and retrenchment effort proposed by University of Arkansas at Little Rock Chancellor Christina Drale Monday that the Board approved.
Members of the media and the general public will be provided video conferencing access through Zoom for virtual viewing. Attendees are urged to access the meeting online and not travel to the UA System Administration building due to recommended social distancing procedures related to the Covid-19 pandemic.
The link to register for the Zoom meeting can be found here.
